We’re pleased to welcome Stacey Joseph from the Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI) as our guest speaker at this Business After 5. Stacey will be presenting on "Managing Psychosocial Hazards – What You Need to Know", providing practical insights into how businesses can meet their legal obligations, support employee wellbeing, and create safer, healthier workplaces. Stacey is the Business Services Manager at the Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI), where she has dedicated the past 11 years to supporting Tasmanian businesses. Throughout her time with TCCI, Stacey has held a variety of employer-facing roles, partnering with business owners, executives, and teams to deliver tailored programs that drive employee engagement, enhance productivity, and foster thriving workplace cultures.
With 18 years of experience as a facilitator and human resources specialist, Stacey brings practical expertise, deep understanding of contemporary HR practices, and thorough knowledge of the Fair Work Act. Her ability to translate complex industrial relations frameworks into actionable strategies has made her a trusted advisor to organisations across the state.
Matt Cocker
Hobart Airport - Update on Hobart Airport Master Plan
Matt has been engaged in the aviation industry for the past 20 years and is the Chief Operating Officer of Hobart Airport. Prior to joining Hobart Airport a decade ago, Matt held positions within the aviation industry across the country including Adelaide Airport, Northern Territory Airports and Qantas.
Matt is a Director of both the Tourism Industry Council of Tasmania and Business Events Tasmania and is also the Deputy Chair of the Tasmanian division of the Australian Airports Association. Matt has completed tertiary education in business/personnel management and is a graduate of the International Airport Professional (IAP) ACI-ICAS AMPAP program.
Prior to moving into the aviation industry Matt was an Officer in the Australian Defence Force, and has a law enforcement background.
